I did not receive an email from S&P Capital IQ.
- Before attempting to register for a S&P Capital IQ username/account, did you clear your cache and close all other tabs? Here are instructions for clearing the cache from various browsers -- https://services.mnsu.edu/TDClient/30/Portal/KB/ArticleDet?ID=202
- When registering, did you use either the Google Chrome or Microsoft EDGE browser to navigate to the correct login page? -- https://login.ezproxy.mnsu.edu/login?url=https://www.capitaliq.com/
- When prompted to provide an email address, did you give your MavMail email address (firstname.lastname@mnsu.edu)? DO NOT use your credentials for two-factor authentication (StarID@go.minnstate.edu).
- Did you check your junk/spam email folder for an email from S&P Capital IQ?
