Minnesota State University Mankato provides access to more than 30,000 streaming video titles for our faculty and students. See the sibebar tabs for access and more information about the platforms the Library subscribes to. These titles include documentaries, feature films, ethnographies, primary source material, and much more. Many of these titles are also listed in MavScholar. As most of our streaming video partners are adding content on a regular basis, however, it is a good idea to check the different sites listed in this guide if you do not find a title you want in the catalog.
The sections of this guide will describe and link to the streaming content vendors we have licensed. There is also information on how to include this content in D2L or another course site.
Additionally, if your students need streaming access to an individual title we have not already licensed, we can usually work that out. Whenever you need assistance with video content of any kind, send an email and we will be glad to help.
