Following a highly successful tour to 50 libraries from 2021 to 2023, Americans and the Holocaust, will visit an additional 50 public and academic libraries from 2024 to 2026.  Memorial Library at Minnesota State University, Mankato has been selected as one of the host sites.

Americans and the Holocaust examinesAmericans and the Holocaust the motives, pressures and fears that shaped Americans’ responses to Nazism, war, and genocide in Europe during the 1930s-1940s. It also addresses important themes in American history, exploring the many factors that influenced decisions made by the U.S. Government, the news media, organizations, and individuals as they responded to Nazism.
