Federal Documents

Memorial Library has more than 113,000 Government Documents titles. These documents are available in several formats: print, microfiche, CD-ROMs, posters and maps. The entire collection is included in the MSU Library Catalog and located on the first floor (map) of the library.

For older materials in Microform, search the title in WorldCat to see if an electronic version is available.

Another alternative is to search the Catalog of U.S. Government Publications. The University of Minnesota is a full depository library and will generally have any publications you find in this catalog not available in Memorial Library. Use ILL to request a print document.

Many federal agencies also have research reports and publications available on their Web sites
